The Holy Ram Nawami Day is observed every year all over the world by the Hindus as a very sacred and pious occasion. It falls every year on the ninth day of Chaitra bright fornight(April), a day after the Chaitra Dashain. Lord Ram was born on this earth in the silver age to kill the sinful demon Rawan and save the virtuous people on this earth. Because of demon Rawan’s cruel and tyrannical behaviour all the people on this earth were dastardly victimized so he was born on this earth to relieve all the virtuous people of the earth. No denizens in Lord Ram’s kingdom at Ayodhaya were pauper and anguished. He was a very noble king and wouldn’t want to see any people afflicted in his kingdom. He had a very great tender affection to his citizens and there was no anything’s scarcity for them. So “Ram Nawami” is being observed by the Hindus in the commemoration of lord Ram and his regime of the past silver age.
According to the Hindu scripture, due to uncontrollable aggression and injustice created by the demons on this earth, the earth had become an inevitable place for the whole mankind. So lord Ram was born as the 10th incarnation of lord Vishnu to relieve the virtuous people of the earth by killing the wicked and sinful coteries of demon Rawan. Lord Ram was the eldest son of King Dashrath of Ayodhaya (presently in India). When his stepmother Kaikeyi conspired to send him fourteen years’ exiled forest’s life and designated her son Bharat the king of Ayodhaya, then he had to go for 14 yrs forest’s life. King Dasharath was very much stunned but what to do, because he was also fallen the prey of his oath which he had once promised to grant to his youngest wife kaikeyi in the time of need in the future. So because of this he had to send Ram for 14 year’s forest’s life, who was the authentic heir of his kingdom. But lord Ram proceeded to the forest without defying the command of his dearest father because he used to request his father as equal to God. In the forest he had to face a very difficult and troublesome life but he was never impatience. His lifelong beloved consort mother sita was abducted by demon Rawan though he bore all these shocks and fought with Rawan. Later he killed Rawan and released all the virtuous people of the earth; and lastly he ascended on the throne of Ayodhaya after the completion of his 14 th year’s forest’s life. No subjects in his kingdom were sad and lazarus because of his benevolence rigime. He had a great tender cordial affection upon all of his denizens of his nation. So because of his noble regime, till to this Iron Age too the Hindus recal! Him unflinchingly and celebrate his birth and victorious day over Rawan as a very special holy pious day. No slaughtering is allowed it’s of any kind on this day and Nepal government officials get government holiday to this day in Nepal and the day is celebrated organizing many charitable religious activities in the different part of the country congregating at lord Ram’s temple. So in this way lord Ram is highly revered all over the Hindu society in the world forever. More over if in this way all the dictators and the politicians of the world follow the religious paths shown by lord Ram and Buddha, I assure that the peace and happy ambience will immediately restore in this world and this earth may become like the heaven for all. Devotees fast to relinquish there past sins for the better pious and happy life in the future to come. World Hindu Federation celebrates this day, as a Hindu Unity day throughout the world. A very grand spectacular religious fete takes place at Janakpur in Nepal and at Ayodhaya in India. Ram name is the most pious utterance in the Hindu scripture; it is believed that if some one spells the name of Ram out the his mouth, all of his vices will annihilate immediately, so let’s all say together Jaya Shri Ram once, Jaya Shri Ram! Nepal Government offer one day’s Government holiday to this occasion.
