Kathmandu
Kathmandu is the capital and largest city of Nepal. It is situated in a valley in the heart of Nepal. The entire terrain of Kathmandu is like a steep incline, descending from the Himalayan heights to the Terai flatland within a short distance. Kathmandu is truly the heart of the Himalayas, it has a wonderful history that goes back to about two hundred years and a very refined culture, the richest of all in Asia.         Bhaktapur
Bhaktapur (27.67°N 85.43°E. Also Bhadgaon or Khwopa) is an ancient Newari town in the east corner of the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal. It is located in Bhaktapur District and has approx. 78.000 inhabitants. This city has a special type of cap and is called Bhaad-gaaule topi and a local variety of yoghurt or curd ju-ju Dhauking of curd.         Patan
Patan is a city of fine arts. It is situated about 5 km south-east of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. Lalitpur is an ancient little city that is jam-packed with interesting history and heritage, epitomized by the Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples. The diversity of the medieval culture that allowed both Hinduism and Buddhism to flourish has left a rich legacy of impressive sightseeing in this city for today's visitors.         Lumbini
Lord Buddha was born in Lumbini, in southwestern Nepal, nearly twenty-five hundred years ago. Since then, the city has always remained the focal point of Buddhism. Today's Lumbini is a small sleepy town in the southwestern Tarai plains of Nepal, where the ruins of the old city can still be seen. The followers of both Hinyana and Mahayana sects of Buddhism revere Lumbini. The restored garden and surroundings of Lumbini have the remains of many of the ancient Stupas and monasteries. More……….

        Pokhara
Pokhara is situated on the edge of the Pokhara Valley which is home to some of the most spectacular scenery in Nepal. Here the Seti River has dug incredible canyons in the floor of the Seti Gandaki Valley. Most of these canyons are only visible from higher viewpoints but they are stunning to behold.         Gorkha
The land of the Gurkhas The name Gorkha evokes images of fierce warriors wielding khukris; renowned for their bravery and total disregard for danger. Gorkha is the name of the town and the district from which these fearless tribes hailed.  Once a tiny Himalayan kingdom ruled by the Shah dynasty, It was from here that Prithvinarayan Shah, ancestor of the present king marched his Gorkhali army into the heart of Kathmandu and overthrew the ruling Malla.
