Gokyo is one of the excellent and most popular adventurous trekking destinations of Nepal. Gokyo is the best location for viewing snowy mountains including Choyo, Mt Everest, Lhotse, Nutpse and Makalu. Similarly, on the trail, also, one can have a terrific view of Thamserku, Amadablam, Khumbila, Kwande, Pumari and more other silvery mountains. The traditional Sherpa culture and custom intact with Tibetan society is another attractions of this trekking which will be give you happiness and satisfaction on this way of trekking trail. Gokyo Ri trekking offers an splendid views of Everest Himalayan range with small lodges on the entire route and usually less herded than the base camp trekking and substitute to the traditional trek to Everest base camp. From Gokyo Ri more of Everest itself is seeable, though from a slightly greater distance, than from kala pattar above gorak Shep.
